Deposit: 25% of the total cost is required to reserve your date. • Your farm rental includes: • Clubhouse access • Full access to the farm and animal areas • Horseback Riding • Bounce House • 8 tables and 30 chairs Make it your own • Customize and decorate the clubhouse to match your theme • Bring unlimited guests • Outside food and beverages are welcome


Cancellation Policy

Invoices & Contracts Invoices and contracts will be sent within 24 hours of booking. If you do not receive them within that time, please contact us. To secure your date on our calendar, all contracts must be signed and invoices must be paid. It is the client’s responsibility to notify us if you plan to submit your deposit via cash or check. If we do not receive communication regarding your deposit, we will assume you are no longer interested in our services. All invoices are due 48 hours prior to your event or upon arrival, unless otherwise stated. Invoices and contracts will expire after 72 hours if not completed. After this time, the date will be released and offered to the next customer. Late Fees: Any outstanding balance not settled by the conclusion of the service will incur a 5% late fee, as detailed in the Statement of Work.
