We Come To You •The Choice: Book one (1) Horse OR swap it for a Pony! •The Experience: Professional handlers provide guided walks and "Saddle-Up" photo ops. 💡 Friendly Insight: The "Pony Swap" >If you choose to swap for a Pony, please keep in mind that our ponies are much smaller than our full-sized horses. Because they are smaller, they have a lower weight limit, and not everyone (especially adults or older teenagers) will be able to ride them. If you are expecting guests of all ages to ride, we recommend sticking with the Full-Sized Horse so everyone can join in the fun <
Cancellation Policy
Invoices & Contracts Invoices and contracts will be sent within 24 hours of booking. If you do not receive them within that time, please contact us. To secure your date on our calendar, all contracts must be signed and invoices must be paid. It is the client’s responsibility to notify us if you plan to submit your deposit via cash or check. If we do not receive communication regarding your deposit, we will assume you are no longer interested in our services. All invoices are due 48 hours prior to your event or upon arrival, unless otherwise stated. Invoices and contracts will expire after 72 hours if not completed. After this time, the date will be released and offered to the next customer. Late Fees: Any outstanding balance not settled by the conclusion of the service will incur a 5% late fee, as detailed in the Statement of Work.
